The mission
The Institute of Epistemic Hospitality (IHE) is the framework founded by Suzie Mondésir to anchor inclusive leadership in the culture and practices of organizations, beyond one-off policies. Its intellectual foundation: the doctoral thesis on epistemic injustice and intersectional under-representation in strategic roles.

IHE organizational certification
A roughly 12-month path toward formal recognition of the inclusive approach. Investment: $40,000 to $75,000.

Bilingual programs available across the global Francophonie and internationally.
To launchIHE facilitator certification
Training professionals to deliver IHE programs under licence. A recurring, scalable offering.
